Welcome to Algo-Rhythm Dating. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these terms. We are not a standard dating platform; we are a high-intent ecosystem governed by algorithmic fairness.

1. The Code of Conduct (The Rhythm)

Algo-Rhythm Dating enforces a strict "No Ghosting" policy. We define "Ghosting" as abandoning an active conversation without a "Graceful Exit."

  • Graceful Exit: If you lose interest, you agree to use the designated "Exit" feature to close the chat respectfully.
  • Consequences: Failure to close chats or respond within 48 hours will negatively impact your Engagement Index (EI).

2. The Engagement Index (EI)

Your EI is a dynamic score that dictates your visibility and access privileges within the app.

  • Scoring: Your score is calculated based on reply speed, chat completion rate, and peer feedback.
  • Penalties: Algo-Rhythm Dating reserves the right to pause or suspend accounts that drop below a critical EI threshold (The "Time Out" Protocol).
  • Appeals: EI calculations are automated. While we strive for accuracy, appeals are granted only in cases of technical error.

3. AI Agents & Advice

Our AI Coaches (Echo, Muse, Intuition, Remix) generate advice based on large language models.

  • No Guarantee: Suggestions by Remix or Intuition are generated for entertainment and assistance purposes. They do not guarantee dating success.
  • Liability: Algo-Rhythm Dating is not liable for the outcome of interactions where AI advice was used. You are responsible for the messages you send.

4. Virtual Currency (Tokens)

The app uses "Tokens" for premium actions (e.g., Vocal Coach Advisal, Extra Reveals).

  • Non-Refundable: All Token purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • No Cash Value: Tokens have no monetary value outside of the Algo-Rhythm Dating ecosystem and cannot be transferred.

5. User Content & Identity

You agree to provide accurate information for your "Vibe" profile.

  • Catfishing: Impersonation or using false photos will result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • License: You grant Algo-Rhythm Dating a license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Algo-Rhythm Dating if you violate the "Systemic Trust" of the platform, harass other users, or attempt to manipulate the EI algorithm.
