At Algo-Rhythm Dating, we provide an AI-driven social utility. We do not sell your data to third-party brokers. Data is processed strictly to power our core AI Agents and calculate your Engagement Index (EI).

1. Core Functional Data Collection

To provide AI-driven coaching and systemic trust, the following data is required for app functionality:

  • Identity & Vibe Data: Name, age, and narrative profile answers used by Echo to generate your Vibe summary.
  • Interaction Metrics: Response latency and engagement frequency used solely to calculate your Engagement Index (EI).
  • User Content: Text drafts and narrative answers processed for real-time coaching.

2. Third-Party AI Processing (OpenAI)

Our specialized agents (Echo, Muse, Intuition, Remix) utilize OpenAI as a third-party processing partner. This is a core functional requirement [Guideline 5.1.2(i)]:

  • Explicit Disclosure: By using Algo-Rhythm Dating, you consent to the transmission of narrative text to OpenAI solely for real-time inference and coaching.
  • No Model Training: We utilize the OpenAI API with training-disabled protocols. Your data is never used to train or improve public AI models.
  • Data Ephemerality: We do not store raw chat context on third-party AI servers beyond the active session required for coaching.

3. The Engagement Index (EI) & Accountability

The EI is a live social accountability score. By using the platform, you consent to the algorithmic analysis of your participation patterns.

  • Social Rewards: High EI grants visibility and Token Drops.
  • Safety Protocols: Consistent ghosting or low engagement results in the "Time Out" protocol (account pausing).

4. The Blur Protocol

Photos are stored with end-to-end encryption. Visual data is obfuscated on the Dancefloor by default and only decrypted via the "Step Closer" mutual-interest action.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

We adhere to strict data sovereignty standards:

  • Right to Delete: You can wipe your account and history instantly via Settings. This triggers a full purge of your data from our systems and a deletion request for any cached context with our AI partner.
  • Right to Export: You may request a raw file of your EI history and logs.
